Kang Yoon Hee is currently a teacher at Heavenly Dream School's research department. The first North Korean Youth School in South Korea is in charge of the curriculum, specialized curriculum development, and teacher curriculum council with the mind of a pioneer, and is preparing for education in the era of unification. Based on her experience in the field, she published a paper analyzing the aspects and factors of educational growth of North Korean defectors, and conducted various projects with foreign institutions such as the U.S. State Department, the Ministry of Education, the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, the Asian Education Association, and the UNAI (UN Academic Impact). In the process, She was awarded the Gyeonggi-do Superintendent of Education's commendation four times for her achievements in democratic civic education activities and unification education research school, and by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education for her achievements in education for North Korean defectors.
