Kim Nam-Hang is currently working as a manager of the Education Commission Asia consortium. Starting with the awareness of the problem of private education, Kim participated in policy projects to derive changes in the education system, such as the development of a Korean civic education strategy model, support for creative management schools, research on college entrance examination and settlement plans, and process-oriented evaluation projects. Currently, Kim is trying to introduce a new paradigm of education as an innovative educational model while running an HTHT project to bridge the educational gap for underprivileged children of the Education Commission Asia. She earned a master’s degree in the department of Leadership, Policy and Organization at the Vanderbilt Peabody School of Education in Tennessee, and worked as a researcher at the Korea Institute of Education and Development.
