Lee Dong-hyun earned a master's degree in Marine Affairs, Certificate of Global Trade, Transportaion and Logistics from Univ. of Washington, and a doctorate in policy from Seoul National University's Graduate School of Public Relations, Planning and Evaluation. In 2017, Lee received the Republic of Korea Geunjeong Packaging Medal, and in 2018, Lee was recognized as a person who shone Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, and was awarded a plaque of appreciation. Pyeongtaek University is putting great effort into educational innovation and community development.
