Lee Seunghwan is currently researching metaverse and AI research at Software Policy & Research Institute. Furthermore, Lee has also done research in studying digital strategies and policies at Samsung Economic Research Institute, KT Strategic Planning Office, and Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI). Lee also gave speeches and held seminars,  to participate in metaverse advisory activities, Presidential Transition Committee, Presidential Commission on Policy Planning, Presidential Advisory Council on Science & Technology, Presidential Advisory Council on Education and several central government departments ( Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of Education, Department of Defense, Ministry of Public Administration and Security, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Fair Trade Commission, Korea Communications Commission,etc.). Lee also worked as an advisor to the judging committee at the General Ministry of metaverse leading strategy (2022), General Ministry of Beyond Reality Extend Korea,  General Ministry of Strategies to Revitalize the Immersive Content Industry (2019), and Ministry of Education Immersive Content. Lee also received a Ministry of Science and ICT Ministerial Award for his contribution to the establishment of Beyond Reality, Extend Korea. Lee has also promoted metaverse cooperation through lectures, seminars and contributions with many companies including Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motors, Samsung Human Resources Development Institute, LG Chem, LG CNS, LG Human Resources Development Institute, GS Caltex, Prudential, DGB Financial Group, Lotte Human Resources Development Institute, Lotte Data Communication, Kyowon Group, Hyosung Group, Maekyug Media Group and ,etc. Lee has also written several books, including,  『Top 45 Questions Metaverse Beginners Want to Know 』, 『Metaverse Begins: The Revolution of Human X Space X Time』, 『Culture and Arts Education with Metaverse』 and others.
