Choi Do-sung is currently taking office as Chancellor of Handong University and training students who will cultivate global citizens based on faith and serve the world with honesty and sincerity. After graduating from Seoul National University's Business Administration Department and Graduate School of Business Administration, he received a doctorate in business administration from Pennsylvania State University in the United States. After that, he served as vice president of Handong University and vice president of Gachon University after serving as a professor at New York State University and Seoul National University, giving systematicity to third world development activities and internationalization. Other than that, members of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of Korea, the head of the Korea Securities Institute, the Korea Securities Society and the Korea Finance Corporation, which set the benchmark interest rate.
