Cat Flynn, Ed.M., is the Director of Learning Science at SNHU Labs. Cat helps develop and test new learning solutions to help the university understand the requirements needed to support the future learner and envision the classroom of the future. She joined SNHU in 2014 as an instructional designer at Global Campus, SNHU’s online division, and held multiple roles spanning the training and development of instructional designers to assuring instructional design quality.

In 2017, she was proud to be part of a SNHU team that won a Digital Learning Innovation Award from the Online Learning Consortium in recognition of innovative use of digital courseware in an online course design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Science from Harvard College, a Master of Education degree in Mind, Brain, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
