Christopher is Head of SAP AppHaus Asia which help companies pursue design-led digital transformation and foster innovation culture within their organization. He has worked with some of the most influential brands in the Asia-Pacific region.
SAP AppHaus currently has five locations worldwide: Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) and New York City in the United States, Berlin and Heidelberg in Germany, and the edge of Seoul (Pangyo) in Korea. Christopher established the AppHaus organization in Korea in 2015 and built the creative workspace in 2016.
Christopher lived and worked in Silicon Valley from 1995 until 2013 when he moved to Seoul to serve as the Chief Innovation Officer for SAP Korea. While in Silicon Valley, he worked in various roles from design and product development to operations and management for technology-oriented companies.
For the past six years, Christopher has taught Design Innovation to MBA students at KAIST College of Business. His course has been consistently rated by students as one of the top in the program. He also enjoys coaching social entrepreneurs to navigate the domains of design, business, and technology to build a scalable company.
Christopher received his B.S. at Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and his M.S. and Ph.D. at Stanford University, School of Engineering with a focus on Decision Analysis and Design. He is a native speaker of English and possesses working fluency in Korean and Mandarin Chinese.
